^*Model Number: Your model number is located on the sticker usually located in one of several locations, under the display, by the plug/switch, in the back by floor, if a fold up-fold it up and your toes will be pointing to it.
^*Serial Number: Your serial number is needed to check for the correct parts and to verify warranty eligibility. Model number and serial are crucial to the repair of the unit.
^*Description of Problem: Please give us a detailed description of your request/problem so we may have enough information to do a preliminary evaluation of the request so our certified technician will be sure to have enough as well as the correct parts on hand
