Your model number is located on the sticker usually located in one of several locations, under the display, by the plug/switch, in the back by floor, if a fold up-fold it up and your toes will be pointing to it.
*Serial Number:
Your serial number is needed to check for the correct parts and to verify warranty eligibility. Model number and serial are crucial to the repair of the unit.
