Warranty Service and Repairs

IGR is the Authorized Service Provider for Precor, Cybex, Life Fitness, Matrix, True, Landice, Octane, Woodway and many other brands. Our staff of Factory trained and Certified Technicians will service your fitness equipment quickly, efficiently, and per the manufacturers’ specifications. Proof of Certification is available upon request.

Fitness and Physical Therapy Equipment

We work on all levels and types of exercise equipment, including treadmills, cycles and spin bikes, ellipticals, steppers and climbers, rowers, vibration machines, single station weight machines, multi station (Universal) weight machines, pneumatic systems, sports training and physical therapy machines, and fitness related entertainment systems.

On-Site and In-Shop Service

Since 1987, IGR has been repairing exercise equipment throughout Utah, Southern Idaho, Southwestern Wyoming and Northeast Nevada. We service fitness centers in hotels, apartments, resorts, corporations, schools, government offices, military bases, hospitals, physical therapy, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, recreation centers, sports teams, health clubs, police and fire stations, and residential. We also have a well-equipped shop where we can repair your equipment while you wait. We can also fabricate custom weight machine cables and reupholster pads. And, we stock a large inventory of OEM spare parts to minimize down-time.

Preventive Maintenance Contracts

For our commercial customers, we can provide general maintenance contracts for regularly scheduled visits to inspect, clean, lubricate, adjust, calibrate and perform full operational diagnostics as well as repairs. We don’t just look over your fitness equipment; we open it up and actually service it according to the manufacturers recommended maintenance procedures.
